FRAME PLUS X HELLORAMP

HelloRamp 2025: Backlit Display for an Automotive AI Launch

For HelloRamp’s automotive AI launch in the USA in 2025, Frame Plus paired a 3 m wide backlit wall with a folding lightbox counter. The event display needed a clear launch message and the flexibility to move between rooms during the same event day. The configuration uses 3 m backlit display wall, folding lightbox counter.

For HelloRamp’s automotive AI launch in the USA in 2025, Frame Plus paired a 3 m wide backlit wall with a folding lightbox counter. The event display needed a clear launch message and the flexibility to move between rooms during the same event day.

A Launch Display That Could Move Between Rooms

HelloRamp’s automotive AI launch required a branded setting for product demonstrations and the ability to relocate during the event day. The display therefore had to work as a complete wall-and-counter arrangement rather than as a background tied to one room.

The three-metre wall carried the launch message, while the folding counter provided the demonstration surface. Packing both into a single case supported the recorded car-based transport plan and gave the team one combined kit to move. This connection between display layout and packed configuration was a defining part of the project.

Display Configuration and Printed Graphics

A 3 m backlit display wall carries the launch graphic, and a folding lightbox counter provides the demonstration surface. Both pack into a single case, allowing the display to travel by car and be repositioned without a separate installation crew.

The printed graphic and supporting frame are separate parts of the installation. The frame establishes the display format; the fabric carries the project-specific artwork. This lets the configuration be described in terms of both the structure used and the message presented, rather than treating the finished wall as a permanent printed construction.

Installation and Use at the Venue

One person assembled the display in 30 minutes. The wall and counter formed a compact presentation for product demonstrations, with the illuminated graphic providing a readable background in the room. The shared transport case supported dismantling and relocation between sessions.

The case illustrates an event-branding application for a technology launch, rather than a permanent showroom or a large exhibition island. Its emphasis is on the presentation of one launch message, a usable demonstration point and the ability for the attending person to dismantle and reposition the setup between sessions.

Artwork and Future Display Planning

When preparing a similar display, the graphic layout should follow the role of each surface in the actual space. Main imagery, supporting text and logos need to be arranged around the finished frame dimensions and the way visitors will view them. The artwork preparation guide explains the print-file requirements for this stage of the process.

For comparison, the Techno Global Team project documents a different application of illuminated display components. The useful comparison is the requirement behind each layout, rather than assuming that every event needs the same number or size of walls.
