FRAME PLUS X TECHNO GLOBAL TEAM
Techno Global Team at IT Nation Connect 2025: Portable Lightbox Stand
For Techno Global Team at IT Nation Connect 2025 in the USA, Frame Plus created a portable lightbox backdrop for a conference display area. The team needed a branded wall behind the table, a counter for literature and a kit that could be checked in for air travel and rebuilt at the venue. The configuration uses 2 m lightbox wall, 1 m lightbox wall, folding lightbox counter.

Case study · IT Nation Connect 2025

For Techno Global Team at IT Nation Connect 2025 in the USA, Frame Plus created a portable lightbox backdrop for a conference display area. The team needed a branded wall behind the table, a counter for literature and a kit that could be checked in for air travel and rebuilt at the venue.
A Conference Display Planned Around Air Travel
For Techno Global Team, the journey to the event was part of the display brief. The team needed an illuminated background behind the table and a place for literature, but also a kit that could follow its luggage-based travel plan. The choice of components therefore had to consider the packed configuration as well as the installed presentation.
The folding counter packed into the same case as the frame. That detail is significant because the counter was part of the complete conference setup, rather than a separate item left to be sourced on arrival. At the venue, the two lightbox widths formed the branded presentation behind the table, with literature accommodated on the counter.
Display Configuration and Printed Graphics
A 2 m lightbox wall and a 1 m lightbox wall cover the presentation width. A folding lightbox counter adds a surface for literature. The counter collapses into the same case as the frame, and all components assemble without tools for a repeatable conference setup.
The printed graphic and supporting frame are separate parts of the installation. The frame establishes the display format; the fabric carries the project-specific artwork. This lets the configuration be described in terms of both the structure used and the message presented, rather than treating the finished wall as a permanent printed construction.
Installation and Use at the Venue
One person assembled the stand in 30 minutes in the conference area. Packing the folding counter with the frame supported the team’s luggage-based transport plan. Once installed, the illuminated backwall provided a recognisable brand surface behind the table.
The checked-baggage arrangement belongs to this project’s recorded transport plan. It is not a universal baggage allowance for the product range. The case is useful because it shows the planning sequence: identify what needs to appear at the conference, establish how the complete kit will travel, and select a configuration the attending team can rebuild.

Artwork and Future Display Planning
When preparing a similar display, the graphic layout should follow the role of each surface in the actual space. Main imagery, supporting text and logos need to be arranged around the finished frame dimensions and the way visitors will view them. The artwork preparation guide explains the print-file requirements for this stage of the process.
For comparison, the Helloramp project documents a different application of illuminated display components. The useful comparison is the requirement behind each layout, rather than assuming that every event needs the same number or size of walls.
