A Continuous 2m Backlit Exhibition Wall
The Frame Plus 2000mm SEG lightbox creates a continuous two-metre illuminated graphic surface for exhibition stands, product launches, reception areas and professional indoor displays. Rather than functioning only as a supporting sign, its wider format can become the principal visual backdrop within a compact or medium-sized booth.
A single SEG fabric graphic covers the complete 2000mm width, allowing logos, product photography and campaign artwork to extend across the centre of the display without being divided between two separate frames. This makes the lightbox particularly suitable for compositions containing large central images, wide brand messages or full-background photography.
The white composite frame supports the tensioned fabric graphic while integrated OSRAM LED lights provide consistent illumination across the wider surface. It can be used independently or incorporated into a larger modular exhibition layout.
Choose the Right Height and Graphic Proportion
The 2000mm width is available with three height options. The most suitable configuration depends on the venue, viewing distance and proportions of the intended artwork.
The 2000 × 2000mm version produces a balanced, nearly square display area. It works well for centred logos, product photography, interview backgrounds and branded presentation spaces where the complete image needs to be visible at a relatively close viewing distance.
At 2250mm high, the display gains additional vertical presence while retaining a balanced overall proportion. The 2500mm version provides the greatest graphic area and is more suitable when the lightbox needs to remain visible across a larger exhibition hall.
Each configuration is supplied in a wheeled transport case with protective foam inserts.
- 2000 × 2000mm display / approximately 22.75kg packed weight / 1180 × 280 × 400mm package
- 2000 × 2250mm display / approximately 23.5kg packed weight / 1345 × 280 × 400mm package
- 2000 × 2500mm display / approximately 24.25kg packed weight / 1345 × 280 × 400mm package
The lightbox frame has a profile depth of approximately 120mm. With the stabilising feet installed, the complete display depth is approximately 400mm.
Plan the Graphic Around the Viewing Direction
The position of the 2m LED lightbox within the venue should determine whether a single-sided or double-sided graphic configuration is required.
- Single-sided option / one printed SEG graphic for the illuminated front and one black-back graphic for the reverse side
- Double-sided option / two printed SEG graphics for visibility from both directions
- Frame Only option / supplied without printed graphics for customers arranging compatible printing separately
A single-sided lightbox is usually the appropriate choice when the display is positioned against a wall, behind a reception counter or along the rear boundary of an exhibition stand. The black-back graphic completes the reverse side while keeping attention on the main illuminated face.
The double-sided option is intended for open booth areas, central walkways and promotional spaces where visitors can approach from more than one direction. The two sides can display the same brand design or separate messages for different visitor flows.
Customers ordering Frame Only should check that their existing graphics correspond to the selected 2000 × 2000mm, 2000 × 2250mm or 2000 × 2500mm visible area, as well as the required silicone-edge and frame specifications.
Installing a Wider SEG Fabric Graphic
The composite frame separates into individual sections for transport and connects through a tool-free push-button system. The numbered components are joined together, the stabilising feet are fitted and the power system is connected before the graphic is installed.
Typical assembly takes approximately 20 minutes with one person after familiarisation. Additional time should be allowed during the first installation and whenever a new graphic is fitted. Actual setup time can vary according to the selected height, installer experience and conditions at the venue.
A two-metre-wide fabric graphic requires more preparation space than a narrow display. Before installation, the floor and frame channels should be clean and free from debris. Position the graphic correctly before inserting the silicone edge, then work progressively around the frame to maintain even tension across the complete surface.
The wheeled transport case and internal foam inserts help keep the separated frame sections organised between events. The modular construction also allows the system to be dismantled for transport without requiring a permanently assembled two-metre structure.
LED Illumination Across a Two-Metre Surface
The 2000mm backlit display uses integrated OSRAM LED lights to illuminate the full graphic width. The lighting system is arranged to reduce uneven bright and dark areas while maintaining clear colour and image visibility across the fabric surface.
The system has a total power consumption of approximately 180W and operates through DC 24V transformers with an AC 100–240V, 50/60Hz input. The supplied cable length is approximately two metres.
The 6500K daylight colour temperature provides a neutral appearance for brand colours, product images and exhibition graphics. The OSRAM light source has a rated operating life of up to 50,000 hours under appropriate operating conditions.
This product is designed for indoor use. It should not be installed outdoors or exposed to rain, excessive moisture or unsuitable electrical conditions.
Where Does a 2m Backlit Wall Work Best?
The continuous two-metre graphic surface is suitable for locations where a narrow display would not provide enough visual coverage, but a complete large-scale exhibition stand is unnecessary.
It can be positioned behind a reception counter, used as a principal booth backdrop or placed within a product demonstration area. The wider format is also useful for launches, press photography, interviews, conference branding and permanent showroom presentations.
Because the SEG graphic is removable, the same frame can support different campaigns over time. Exhibitors can replace the printed fabric for a new event, product range or seasonal promotion without purchasing another complete lighting system.
The lightbox can also become one component within a larger modular display. Compatible units may be arranged beside it when a wider illuminated wall or more structured booth layout is required.
Choosing the Most Suitable Display Width
The 2000mm model is intended for customers who need a substantial, continuous backdrop rather than a narrow supporting panel. Where the available floor space is more limited, the 850mm LED lightbox can be used for entrances and smaller promotional positions, while the 1000mm SEG lightbox provides a practical one-metre modular format.
For a wider principal wall, the 3000mm modular LED lightbox provides additional horizontal coverage. Customers who want to compare all available widths and heights can explore the complete collection of freestanding LED lightboxes.
Artwork Preparation, Delivery and Warranty
Artwork must be prepared for the exact selected size. A file created for the 2000 × 2000mm configuration should not be reused for the 2250mm or 2500mm version without adjusting the document dimensions and layout.
Large photographic backgrounds and product images should have sufficient resolution at the final print scale. Important text, logos and visual elements should also remain within the recommended safe area. Review the artwork specifications before submitting files for production.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. Timing may vary according to the selected configuration, delivery destination, order confirmation and artwork approval date.
The 2000mm SEG lightbox includes a one-year warranty for professional indoor display use.
