A Modular Five-Metre Display System
The 5000mm lightbox belongs to the Frame Plus modular width system. Its white composite frame is assembled from compatible sections rather than one permanently fixed five-metre structure. This allows the system to be reused when the available exhibition space changes.
Compatible sections can be removed to plan a 4000mm LED lightbox backdrop. A compatible 1000mm lightbox module can also be used when expanding a smaller system to a wider configuration. Components combined within one display must have the same height and belong to the compatible Frame Plus system.
The frame can support different widths across several events, but the printed SEG graphic must always match the final assembled dimensions. A 5000mm graphic cannot be fitted correctly to a 4000mm configuration.
Create a Straight Wall or L-Shaped Booth Layout
The 5000mm configuration works well as a long illuminated back wall. It creates a clear visual anchor while leaving the space in front available for visitors, furniture and product demonstrations.
For a corner booth, the main backdrop can be combined with a compatible 2000mm backlit side wall. This creates an L-shaped layout in which the five-metre surface carries the primary branding while the shorter return wall presents products, services or visitor information.

Three Height Options for Different Venues
The 5000mm LED lightbox is available in three practical heights. Confirm the permitted display height with the event organiser before placing the order.

The modular components are packed into transport cases with protective foam inserts. Dividing the system into two packages makes storage and repeated event logistics more manageable than transporting an assembled five-metre display.
Single-Sided and Double-Sided SEG Graphics
Choose the graphic configuration according to the position of the lightbox and the directions from which visitors will approach it.

A single-sided configuration is generally suitable when the display is placed against a wall or used as the rear boundary of a booth. Double-sided graphics are more appropriate when both sides remain visible to visitors.
The silicone edges of the polyester fabric fit into the frame channels to create a smooth, tensioned surface. When a campaign changes or the frame is reconfigured to another width, order the corresponding custom SEG fabric graphic instead of replacing the complete display system.
450W LED Lighting Across the Full Width
The complete five-metre configuration uses five 90W lighting sections, providing a total rated power of 450W. Integrated OSRAM LED light sources distribute 6500K daylight-colour illumination across the printed surface, helping colours and details remain visible in indoor exhibition halls.

Tool-Free Assembly with Numbered Components
The lightbox uses push-button connections and numbered frame sections, so no installation tools are required. Match the numbered components, connect the supporting parts and lighting system, and then insert the SEG graphic into the frame channels.
After the installer becomes familiar with the system, the typical setup time is approximately 35 minutes for one person. Allow additional time for the first installation, particularly when arranging the frame sections, connecting the power system and fitting a five-metre-wide graphic for the first time.
