ELTROPULS 2025: Reusable Backlit Exhibition Wall Case Study

For ELTROPULS in 2025, Frame Plus supplied a 2 m wide freestanding backlit exhibition wall for events in Europe and the United States. The same display had to travel between markets and be rebuilt by local staff without specialist tools. The configuration uses 2 m backlit exhibition wall.

For ELTROPULS in 2025, Frame Plus supplied a 2 m wide freestanding backlit exhibition wall for events in Europe and the United States. The same display had to travel between markets and be rebuilt by local staff without specialist tools.

One Display Structure Across Two Exhibition Markets

ELTROPULS required a display that could be rebuilt by local staff at events in Europe and the United States. The brief therefore connected brand consistency with a practical installation requirement: the wall needed to travel in dismantled form and assemble without specialist tools at the next venue.

The two-metre freestanding format concentrated the presentation on one illuminated graphic surface. Its frame sections and fabric graphic formed the transportable display, while the hand-assembled connections supported rebuilding by the attending staff. This avoided making the branded background dependent on a custom wall being constructed at each location.

Display Configuration and Printed Graphics

The 2 m backlit exhibition wall breaks down into frame sections and fabric graphics for transport. Its tool-free connections let staff assemble the display by hand, reducing dependence on a separate installation crew when the stand reaches a new venue.

The printed graphic and supporting frame are separate parts of the installation. The frame establishes the display format; the fabric carries the project-specific artwork. This lets the configuration be described in terms of both the structure used and the message presented, rather than treating the finished wall as a permanent printed construction.

Installation and Use at the Venue

One person rebuilt the wall in 20 minutes at events on both continents. Reusing the same frame gave ELTROPULS a consistent illuminated brand surface across its exhibition programme, while the dismantled format supported shipping, customs handling and storage between events.

Cross-continent reuse is a specific part of the ELTROPULS project record. The case does not establish a particular carrier, customs exemption or guaranteed transit time. Its value is the documented use of the same frame across the exhibition programme, with packing, handling and storage considered alongside the presentation seen by visitors.

Artwork and Future Display Planning

When preparing a similar display, the graphic layout should follow the role of each surface in the actual space. Main imagery, supporting text and logos need to be arranged around the finished frame dimensions and the way visitors will view them. The artwork preparation guide explains the print-file requirements for this stage of the process.

For comparison, the Techno Global Team project documents a different application of illuminated display components. The useful comparison is the requirement behind each layout, rather than assuming that every event needs the same number or size of walls.
