FRAME PLUS X MATT SOLUTIONS
Matt Solutions at Foodtech Packtech 2025: Modular Lightbox Stand
For Matt Solutions at Foodtech Packtech 2025 in Auckland, Frame Plus combined three lightbox wall widths to present the brand around an equipment display. The configuration needed a broad graphic surface while preserving floor space and sightlines for the machinery. The configuration uses 5 m backlit exhibition wall, 2 m lightbox wall, 1 m lightbox wall.

Case study · Foodtech Packtech 2025

For Matt Solutions at Foodtech Packtech 2025 in Auckland, Frame Plus combined three lightbox wall widths to present the brand around an equipment display. The configuration needed a broad graphic surface while preserving floor space and sightlines for the machinery.
Illuminated Branding Around an Equipment Display
For Matt Solutions, the equipment remained a central part of the exhibition presentation. The display walls needed to carry the brand and product story without consuming the floor space required by the machinery or hiding it from the aisle. This made the placement of the smaller sections as important as the width of the main backwall.
The five-metre wall provided a broad branded background. The two-metre and one-metre sections extended the graphic presentation around the equipment area, shaping the stand edges without treating the whole footprint as an enclosed room. Their different widths gave the layout a way to respond to the equipment rather than imposing one continuous wall arrangement.
Display Configuration and Printed Graphics
A 5 m backlit exhibition wall forms the main backdrop, with a 2 m lightbox wall and a 1 m lightbox wall extending the presentation towards the aisle. The smaller wall widths shape the layout around the equipment and preserve clear sightlines towards the aisle.
The printed graphic and supporting frame are separate parts of the installation. The frame establishes the display format; the fabric carries the project-specific artwork. This lets the configuration be described in terms of both the structure used and the message presented, rather than treating the finished wall as a permanent printed construction.
Installation and Use at the Venue
Two people assembled the configuration in 45 minutes. The main wall carried the product story, while the smaller wall sections defined the stand edges and kept the equipment visible. The arrangement balanced illuminated branding with usable demonstration space.
The Foodtech Packtech case demonstrates how graphic surfaces and physical products can share an exhibition stand. Visitors first encounter the overall brand presentation, then need a clear view of the equipment being discussed. The recorded configuration addressed these two scales of communication through the relationship between the large rear wall and the smaller supporting sections.

Artwork and Future Display Planning
When preparing a similar display, the graphic layout should follow the role of each surface in the actual space. Main imagery, supporting text and logos need to be arranged around the finished frame dimensions and the way visitors will view them. The artwork preparation guide explains the print-file requirements for this stage of the process.
For comparison, the Sis Pitches project documents a different application of illuminated display components. The useful comparison is the requirement behind each layout, rather than assuming that every event needs the same number or size of walls.
