FRAME PLUS X NCE
North Cork Electrical, Solar & EV Charging, National Dairy Show, Millstreet, Oct. 2026
At the National Dairy Show 2026 in Millstreet, Co. Cork, Frame Plus supplied North Cork Electrical with an L-shaped backlit exhibition stand: a 4 m SEG lightbox wall, a separate 3 m backlit backdrop and a 1 m lightbox counter. Two people assembled the tool-free configuration in 15 minutes, with space for product samples and a clear reception point.

Case study · National Dairy Show 2026

For North Cork Electrical at the National Dairy Show 2026 in Millstreet, Ireland, Frame Plus combined an L-shaped backlit wall, a separate backdrop and a lightbox counter. The stand was designed for a two-person team arriving by van and assembling the display without tools in a single morning.
A Corner Layout Built Around Samples and Conversation
Agricultural exhibitions bring together visitors with different interests, from equipment and installation services to the practical requirements of working farms. For North Cork Electrical, the display had to establish a recognisable branded space while leaving room to show samples and speak with visitors. The L-shaped wall gave the stand a defined corner; the separate backdrop added another presentation surface without requiring a fully enclosed structure.
The counter belonged at the visitor approach rather than across the whole opening. This distinction matters in an L-shaped exhibition stand: the walls establish the brand area, while the furniture determines how easily visitors can enter and where the first conversation takes place. Here, sample space and reception were considered together rather than treating the illuminated wall as the complete stand.
Display Configuration and Printed Graphics
The corner layout uses a 4 m lightbox wall, with a continuous graphic around the corner, alongside a separate 3 m backlit backdrop. A lightbox counter marks the open side. The frames pack flat into two cases, and the silicone-edge fabric graphics fit into the frame channels by hand.
The printed graphic and supporting frame are separate parts of the installation. The frame establishes the display format; the fabric carries the project-specific artwork. This lets the configuration be described in terms of both the structure used and the message presented, rather than treating the finished wall as a permanent printed construction.
Installation and Use at the Venue
Two people assembled the stand in 15 minutes. Separating the corner wall from the rear backdrop left space for product samples on the open side, while the counter provided storage and a clear reception point. The configuration gave North Cork Electrical an enclosed brand presence without a full shell-scheme stand.
Packing the display into two cases supported the recorded van-based transport plan. The practical value of the configuration lies in the relationship between the installed layout and the dismantled kit: a corner presentation at the show, and a manageable set of components for the team travelling to and from the venue.

Artwork and Future Display Planning
When preparing a similar display, the graphic layout should follow the role of each surface in the actual space. Main imagery, supporting text and logos need to be arranged around the finished frame dimensions and the way visitors will view them. The artwork preparation guide explains the print-file requirements for this stage of the process.
For comparison, the Herdwatch project documents a different application of illuminated display components. The useful comparison is the requirement behind each layout, rather than assuming that every event needs the same number or size of walls.
