Every hard case is sized to the display it carries. One display packs into one case; 6000 mm displays break into two bundles and travel in two cases. All measurements in mm.

What is this LED lightbox transport case designed for?
This transport case is designed to carry and store dismantled components from compatible Frame Plus LED lightbox displays. It keeps the packed display together between exhibitions, trade shows, showroom installations and storage.
A dedicated exhibition transport case gives the frame components and their packing materials a consistent place between uses. The internal securing straps help hold the packed contents in position, while the wheeled design makes the case easier to move through event venues.
Which transport case size fits my LED lightbox?
Choose the transport case by your LED lightbox width, height and packing configuration. Most of the listed displays use one case; 6000 mm-wide displays are divided into two bundles and require two cases.

What is the hard shell exhibition case made of?
The case has a black ABS + PC hard shell, a sewn black 210D lining and riveted chrome-plated steel corner guards. It also includes a zip closure, a combination lock and a rubber edge bead.

How are LED lightbox components secured inside the transport case?
Adjustable internal straps help hold the packed contents in position. The packing arrangement shown for the compatible lightbox system also uses a moulded EPP tray, a protective bag and cartons to organise and separate the components.

When repacking your display, return each component to its designated position before securing the straps. Check that no loose parts can move against the frame or panels and that the zip closes without forcing the contents into place.
Does the wheeled exhibition case have removable castors?
Yes. The case uses detachable swivel castors, allowing the wheels to be removed when required. The swivel design helps with changing direction when moving the packed display through exhibition halls and other event spaces.
Before moving a packed case, check that the castors are securely attached and that the case is fully closed.
Can the exhibition transport cases be stacked for storage?
The cases have interlocking locating points and recesses that help align them when stacked. This provides an organised way to store multiple cases between exhibitions.
Place stacked cases on a level surface and check that the locating points are properly engaged. Confirm suitable stacking loads and arrangements before use.
What should I check before ordering an LED lightbox transport case?
Confirm your Frame Plus display model, dimensions, required case size and number of packed bundles before ordering. For a different display system, outside case dimensions alone are not enough to establish compatibility.
